Turkish Doner

A unique taste and traditional food

Döner / Gyro is just one of the traditional kebabs in Turkey. It is famous for its cylinder shape and taste. Meat and fat are stacked on a rotisserie to form this shape and It is cooked vertically and rotating slowly. When outer parts are cooked those parts are sliced thinly. These slices are served in the form of a sandwich or a wrap with lavash bread or rice.

Doner is made from lamb or beef or chicken. In Pera, Doner is made from freshly ground lamb and beef combination to obtain the perfect taste and is served grill tomato, onion, hot pepper and rice.
